In accordance with Rule 8 (attached herewith) of the Constitution of Old Yardleians RFC Limited (dated 20th May 2013) and registered under the industrial and provident societies act 1965, I hereby give notice of the AGM to be held in the Clubhouse on Friday 24th May 2024 commencing at 7.00pm.

Subject to compliance with Rule 5 Members will be eligible to vote at the AGM in accordance with Rule 8.
Any amendments or proposals to the constitution are subject to compliance with Rule 8.5
